Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions govern all orders, quotations, purchases, and transactions made with JSR Global Sales Company for Strainers, Valves, Pipeline Equipment, Pipeline Accessories, and other related industrial products. By placing an order or purchasing products from JSR Global Sales Company, the customer agrees to abide by these Terms & Conditions.
1. General
These Terms & Conditions apply to all products and services provided by JSR Global Sales Company. All confirmed orders, purchase orders, or accepted quotations constitute acceptance of these terms by the buyer or customer.
2. Product Quality & Standards
JSR Global Sales Company supplies Strainers, Valves, and Pipeline Equipment manufactured and supplied according to applicable product specifications and industry requirements.
Product specifications, dimensions, materials, finishes, and other technical details may vary depending on the selected product, manufacturer, model, and application. Minor variations may occur due to manufacturing processes and industry-standard tolerances.
3. Pricing & Payment
- Product prices are subject to change based on market conditions, raw material costs, manufacturer pricing, and product specifications.
- Prices mentioned in quotations are valid only for the period specified in the respective quotation.
- Payment must be made as per the agreed payment terms mentioned in the quotation or invoice.
- Orders may be processed only after receipt of the required advance or full payment, wherever applicable.
- Accepted payment methods may include bank transfer, cheque, UPI, or other mutually agreed payment methods.
4. Product Specifications & Custom Requirements
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate product specifications, sizes, pressure ratings, material requirements, and application details before placing an order.
- Product selection should be based on the intended industrial application and operating conditions.
- Custom specifications, special sizes, materials, or configurations may be subject to additional charges and extended delivery timelines.
- Once a customized order has been confirmed or production has started, cancellation or modification may not be accepted.
5. Order Processing & Delivery
Order processing and delivery timelines are communicated at the time of quotation or order confirmation. Delivery timelines may vary depending on product availability, manufacturer schedules, transportation, location, and order specifications.
JSR Global Sales Company shall not be responsible for delays caused by transportation issues, supplier delays, manufacturing delays, natural events, government restrictions, strikes, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate billing, shipping, and site delivery information. Any additional transportation or handling costs arising due to incorrect information may be charged to the customer.
6. Inspection & Claims
- Customers are advised to inspect products immediately upon delivery.
- Any claim relating to product damage, shortage, incorrect product, or visible defects should be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
- Claims should be supported with photographs, delivery documents, invoice details, and other relevant evidence where applicable.
- Claims reported after the specified period may not be considered unless otherwise agreed by JSR Global Sales Company.
7. Returns, Replacement & Rework
Returns or replacements are subject to product type, order specifications, manufacturer policies, and the condition of the product.
Standard products may be considered for return or replacement only after prior approval from JSR Global Sales Company. Customized, specially manufactured, or specially procured products may not be eligible for return or cancellation.
Any replacement or adjustment will be considered after verification of the reported issue and mutual agreement between the customer and JSR Global Sales Company.
8. Installation, Application & Safety
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the supplied Strainers, Valves, and Pipeline Equipment are installed, operated, and maintained by qualified personnel according to the applicable product specifications and recommended operating conditions.
JSR Global Sales Company shall not be responsible for damage or failure resulting from incorrect installation, improper handling, unsuitable application, unauthorized modification, misuse, or operation outside the recommended specifications.
9. Limitation of Liability
JSR Global Sales Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss or damage arising from the purchase, installation, operation, or use of our products.
Where liability is established, the maximum liability of JSR Global Sales Company shall, to the extent permitted by applicable law, be limited to the invoiced value of the particular product or order giving rise to the claim.
10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
All disputes arising from or relating to the products, services, orders, quotations, or transactions of JSR Global Sales Company shall be governed by the laws of India.
Any dispute shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
